WHAT YOU GET WITH PRIME PRIVATE ADVISORY PACKAGE:

• Private WhatsApp chats with an SGHS doctor.
• A referral letter to a collaborating healthcare provider in Nigeria, if requested by the subscriber. SGHS has referral services with collaborating physicians in Abuja, Asaba, Awka, Calabar, Enugu, Lagos, Nnewi, and Owerri.
• A monthly PRE-SCHEDULED WhatsApp phone call if requested by the subscriber. The time for this phone call must be scheduled BEFOREHAND with your SGHS doctor.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICES

• All chats are delivered electronically via WhatsApp.
• Once your subscription begins, it is your responsibility to reach out on WhatsApp to your SGHS doctor with all your concerns/questions at any time during your subscription.
• Your existing PRIME advisory package must expire before you can upgrade to another SGHS advisory package, or your payment will be forfeited.
• Your PRIME advisory package subscription fee is not transferable to Classic, Basic, Lite, Antenatal Care Private, nor Antenatal Care Group advisory packages, nor to another individual.
• PRIME advisory package is RENEWABLE.
• Your subscription fee is for advice and guidance only. If you are referred to a collaborating healthcare provider at any point during your subscription, your subscription fee is NOT a part of the service charge the healthcare provider may charge you.
• All payments for SGHS advisory packages ARE FINAL AND NON- REFUNDABLE.
